Is science in fiction science?

Answer
Science fiction is a genre of fiction in which the stories often tell about science and technology of the future. It is important to note that science fiction has a relationship with the principles of science—these stories involve partially true- partially fictitious laws or theories of science.
We agreed that science fiction based on “real science”..but real science can not be based on “science fiction”…so , i mean of course “science fiction” is not a science it just like a professional portrait for the real science..
Naihao Deng” asked me ” how can you explain the submarine in Verne’s fiction? Is this an example against your point?”
and i ans.
Jules Verne's novels (1870) …Jules imagined the submarine as “a simple body” but we know how complex to manufacture real submarine…i understand your question “how jules imagine that before scientists”…Ok ,i will answer that..let us imagine we are in “the Stone age” and we want to dive under the water and we looked for a appropriate method to dive and Suddenly saw fish dive …then the first idea come to your mind to design a submarine is ”i will design the submarine body based on the the fish body” …what i mean it is normal that ”the novelist and the scientist think in the same way ”… but, who can make the submarine in real? of course the scientist…finally.. if you asked “Jules Verne” does your submarine can dive in real? he would answer : of course NOT.
